Shipping + Returns
INSTORE: Items with the receipt and in resaleable condition may be returned within 14 days for a refund, exchange or store credit. All beauty and sale items are FINAL SALE.
ONLINE: Online orders are subject to the same return/exchange policy as in-store purchases. Online orders will have 14 days from the day the order is delivered at the shipping address to initiate a return or exchange for either a refund, exchange or store credit. To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at email@example.com prior to mailing your item(s) back to us. Customers are responsible for covering the shipping cost of the item(s) back to the shop. Refund or store credit will be issued after the item(s) has been reviewed and returned to our inventory and will be issued to your original form of payment. Shipping costs will be not be refunded.
Online orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from date of purchase. Shipped orders will be sent via USPS with a tracking number. We are not responsible for returned, damaged, lost, or stolen packages or incorrect addresses. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we can resend it to you, but will charge an additional shipping fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable, even if orders are returned.
